01. Who we are

Clickvoyant ("Clickvoyant," "we," "us," or "our") operates clickvoyant.com from Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, request a resource, schedule an appointment, or communicate with us by email or text message.

This policy covers our own website and communications. Information we process on behalf of a client is governed by our agreement with that client and the client’s privacy notice.

02. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, appointment details, and any information you include in a form, inquiry, or message.
  • Communication and consent records: your communication preferences, opt-in and opt-out records, form submission times, and correspondence with us.
  • Website and campaign activity: IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers collected through website, advertising, and marketing analytics tools.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment card details through our general inquiry forms.

03. How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide requested resources, schedule and manage appointments, deliver services, maintain business records, and protect our website and communications from misuse.

We also use it to understand website performance, measure advertising and marketing effectiveness, and improve our content and services. If you separately subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to deliver the educational updates you requested.

Our appointment email and SMS program sends confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and follow-ups related to your appointments or inquiries. It does not send promotional offers.

04. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

We may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other advertising and marketing analytics tools. These tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure visits, interactions, conversions, and campaign performance, and may support advertising audience measurement or retargeting.

When these tools run, their providers may receive device identifiers and website activity directly from your browser. Depending on the tool and its settings, providers may combine that information with information from other websites or their own services. Their handling of information is also described in their privacy notices.

Learn more about Google’s use of information from partner sites and Meta’s Privacy Policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser, use Google’s advertising controls, and manage advertising preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect website features and may not prevent every type of tracking. You can also contact us to request an opt-out of targeted advertising involving your personal information.

05. When information is disclosed

We do not sell leads, rent contact lists, or provide your form submissions to other businesses for their independent marketing.

We use service providers to operate our business, including GoHighLevel for forms, contact management, and communications; email and messaging delivery services; website hosting; scheduling tools; and analytics providers. Those providers process information needed for the relevant service. Advertising technology disclosures are described in the preceding section.

Some disclosures through advertising tools may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. You may request applicable opt-outs using the contact information below.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

06. Mobile information and SMS consent

We use your mobile number and SMS consent to deliver the appointment and inquiry messages you request. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide this information to messaging service providers solely as needed to deliver messages and operate the program on our behalf. SMS consent is separate from email preferences and is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@clickvoyant.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS program terms .

07. Your choices and privacy requests

Contact hello@clickvoyant.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to change communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law or needed to honor an opt-out.

For subscription emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us. Essential replies and service-related emails may continue when needed to fulfill your requests. To stop SMS, reply STOP; stopping texts does not cancel an appointment or separately change email preferences.

Where applicable law, including the Colorado Privacy Act, applies to your information and our processing, you may also have rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We will handle requests and legally recognized universal opt-out signals as required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact the Colorado Attorney General.

08. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including managing relationships, fulfilling requests, maintaining consent and suppression records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and the reason we hold it.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

09. Children and external websites

Our website and services are intended for business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

External websites, embedded scheduling tools, and other third-party services have their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information through them.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here with an updated date and provide additional notice when required.
